A Place To Start - The Career Diagnostic Package
Is there a particular career conundrum you’re trying to answer? Are you trying to figure out your best next career step? Or perhaps it’s time to do a thorough self-assessment of your career thus far and set some new goals. Then this unique and insightful package is for you!
In two hour-long sessions, I will spend time helping you get an overall picture of you throughout your life and career – a snapshot of your strengths, skills, weaknesses, blind spots, values and essential needs for your best career situation. By getting a thorough, objective picture you can then address the deeper, pressing questions with new insights and create achievable short and long term plans.
For an additional cost, I will provide follow up notes for this package, in which I captures the highlights of the session as well as expanding on my insights and recommendations. I highly recommend this as it is not only a tangible takeaway from our sessions, but provides me the opportunity to further synthesize your situation with momentum from our sessions.

There's an art to writing an exceptional resume.
To create a great resume that speaks to your target audience takes work – and it also takes understanding some fundamental principles of the purpose of a resume and how it is read by someone looking to hire.
• The package includes prep time by Karen before meeting, wherein she reviews your resume carefully. This might also include (with your permission) getting feedback from a recruiter in your field. • Spend an hour or so session with Karen deciding how best to present you based on your background, personality style and your target job. Learn the essential key ingredients that make exceptional resumes. Karen will help you choose the best format and find the perfect wording. • The package includes two “tweak” emails or short phone calls. Send Karen your next draft, and she will send you/speak to you with comments to continue to finesse wording, spacing and format. • For an addtional fee, Karen will write you one cover letter for a specific job you’re targeted The Standard Resume Package is $250.00 plus $100.00 for a cover letter.
